By accessing and using Sorcerers Summit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sorcerers Summit provides a platform for tracking competitive play in Sorcery: Contested Realm, including:

• ELO ranking system for competitive matches
• Match history and statistics tracking
• Tournament deck data and analysis
• Community leaderboards and player profiles
• Discord bot integration for matchmaking and reporting

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following:

• Accurate Reporting: Report match results truthfully and accurately
• Fair Play: Do not manipulate ELO ratings or engage in match-fixing
• Respectful Behavior: Treat other users with respect
• No Cheating: Do not use exploits, bots, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Account Security: Keep your Discord account secure and do not share access

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Submitting false match reports
• Harassing other users
• Attempting to manipulate rankings
• Using the Service for illegal purposes

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Sorcery: Contested Realm and all related trademarks are the property of Erik's Curiosa. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Erik's Curiosa. All card data and game information are used for informational and educational purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• ELO ratings will be perfectly accurate
• Data will be permanently stored or backed up
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sorcerers Summit, its operators, or contributors be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of rankings, or service interruptions.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting match reports, deck data, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced via Discord or the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion.
